PLASTICO use the “Dry UV offset” method for printing on their range of cups. The product is initially treated by “Corona” discharge and then up to 8 colours are printed and subsequently cured by UV.

Precision adjustments ensure that the printing quality is of the highest quality. Press stability is the key factor in assuring consistent quality from the first cup to the last and this is achieved with the latest innovations in water-cooled rollers and climate controlled production area.

PLASTICO’s in-house design, ink mixing and plate making operations coupled with highly trained staff and extensive knowledge of reprographics ensure that the customers exacting standards are exceeded. Food approved inks are only used.
